DG/Brand

A brand is not a logo.

The logo is the last thing. Trust is the first.

When people say they need a brand, they usually mean a mark. A color. A font. Those are tools. A brand is whether a stranger trusts you before they read a word.

The old site sold letterheads and email signatures as if those were the job. They are deliverables. The job is recognition at first glance, and a voice that sounds like the company on a good day.

We quote DG/Brand after we look at the URL. If the mark is fine and the trust is the leak, we say so. If the first impression is the leak, we rebuild it. We do not sell a style guide to a company that needs follow-up.

Bring the URL. We'll tell you the leak.

The front desk, the site, or the ads. Fifteen minutes. Then a number — or an honest not yet.

15 minutes. No pitch deck. A clear yes, no, or not yet.
